Orders ship 1-5 business days from when the order was placed. Orders are shipped via Canada Post or USPS. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to enjoy your Kampa Cosmetics experience. We do accept returns within 15 days of delivery but customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer exchanges. Your satisfaction and happiness are important to us. Please contact infor@kampacosmetics.com with feedback and we will do our best to make you happy.
DAMAGES
We do our best to ensure that our products are packaged to prevent damages. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please contact infor@kampacosmetics.com with your order # and a photo of the damage as soon as possible.
