Orders ship 1-5 business days from when the order was placed. Orders are shipped via Canada Post or USPS. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We want you to enjoy your Kampa Cosmetics experience. Your satisfaction and happiness are important to us. Please contact infor@kampacosmetics.com with feedback and we will do our best to make you happy.
DAMAGES
We do our best to ensure that our products are packaged to prevent damages. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please contact infor@kampacosmetics.com with your order # and a photo of the damage as soon as possible.

Please ensure your shipping information is up to date before finalizing your order, Kampa Cosmetics is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please note that Kampa Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs charges, duties or taxes incurred for US or International orders. Packages will be marked at full value in accordance with the law.
